We provide same day dispatches for orders placed before 14:00, ensuring prompt fulfilment. Our objective is to efficiently handle returns within 48 hours of receipt, enabling a swift reintroduction of any un-used items back into our clients inventory for resale.

Additionally, we provide clients with detailed reports on returns, this enables them to manage returned logistics effectively. We prioritise having a fast and effective response time, aiming to answer questions and deal with issues within an hour, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times.

We understand the importance of a speedy booking-in process, as this enables our client’s to initiate the sales of their products promptly. Depending on the volume of goods our booking-in process varies, with smaller shipments being booked in within 1-2 working days and larger shipments within 3-4 working days. However, we strive to expedite this process wherever possible, recognising the significance of timely logistics management for our client’s businesses.
